Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild aroma. Musty, pulpy apples with a hint of sweet peach.
Initial Taste: No bite. Quickly a blend of heritage and dessert apples noticeable. Semi-sweet. Pulpy. Some astringency.
After Taste: Apple dissipates and a medium peach flesh taste comes through. Ends on the peach, semi-sweet and light. Honey and lemon tea hints.
On ice: Carbonation is cut a lot. Becomes watered down, you lose a lot of peach.
Additional Notes: Lowrey Bro’s Peach Cider has an authentic peach flavour, that tastes natural and not artificially sweetened/flavoured. Starting with the apple and ending on the peach, it is a nice journey between the two primary ingredients. Overall a light offering, rather smooth to consume; which, we do not recommend on ice as the flavour is dramatically reduced.
