Smell: Medium aroma. Fleshy, bitter-sharp apple with wild raspberry notes. Some earthy elements
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Semi-tart and fresh raspberries undertone with semi-sweet apple base
After Taste: Flavours slightly intensifies and becomes more pronounced. Some dryness and more earthy, elements present. Finishes like a raspberry fruit wine.
On ice: Reduced carbonation and apple elements. Thinner body.
Additional Notes: The award winning (2019 Craft Beer & Cider Awards at the Royal Winter Fair) Raspberry Cider (carbonated) by Kings Mill is a lighter cider offering – though its ABV 9% – with earthy and fresh natural raspberries.
