Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Slightly earthy apples that are tannic and slightly musty with funk.
Initial Taste: Light bite from acidity. A blend of dessert and heritage apples. Semi-sweet, bright apples with some mustiness/cellar-like notes.
After Taste: Becomes slightly smoother and a little bit thicker of a mouthfeel. Long lasting with a very clean apple to finish.
On ice: Smoother on ice, Less acidic.
Additional Notes: Kings Mill’s Premium Cider is a traditional apple cider experience with some unique twists. Its slightly acidic with some earthy/must notes – and seeming blend of both dessert and heritage apples. Somewhat tannic and apple forward, its decently easy to drink, ending rather clean on the palate. You may be surprised its 9% as it doesn’t taste that strong.
