Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet and juicy smooth apple.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Strong pop of clean, semi-bright and apple forward flavour. Pulpy and fleshy golden russet.
After Taste: Slightly more sour in the aftertaste but little change. Cleans out somewhat quickly overall.
On ice: Slight reduction on overall flavour
Additional Notes: The Golden Russet by Kawartha Country Wine’s is a very apple-forward single varietal. Not too dimensional, its straight forward and doesn’t change much from start to forward. Popping with flavour, it’s smooth, crisp and very apple forward with a bit of tang at the end. Easy to consume and extra clean.
