Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Bright crisp apples that are sweet and juicy. Hint of fermentation notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Smooth, sweet juicy apples, bright and clean.  
After Taste: Become slightly more sour/tart and less sweet, fermentation notes become present.  Finished somewhat more dry and clean. Lingers a long time.
On ice: A little thinner.

Additional Notes:  The 283 by Hoity Toity cellars is a bright, clean and juicy cider that is on the sweeter side of things.  It’s naturally sweet and crisp – with some mild sour/tart notes at the end.  A blend of dessert apples (green, red and yellow notes we could taste) with a bit of fermentation elements at the end.  It has some memories of a white wine, which Hoity Toity also produces. Lots of flavour and body in this one.  Very classic, clean traditional cider.
