Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium, semi-sweet aroma. Semi-sour, fresh dessert apples.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation and some acidity. Medium-light desert apples that are not overly powerful. Slightly musty.
After Taste: Becomes more sour and acidic, and semi-long lasting. More apple flavour for the ending.
On ice: Carbonation is cut and thinner overall.
Additional Notes: Hinterland’s Original Cider is a little Champagne like in taste, but not carbonation. Not overly apple forward, but fresh and clean, it’s a lighter cider then most – taste wise -, but still packs a kick at 7%.
