Smell: Mild-medium sweet apple with hints of white wine. Some citrus notes.
Initial Taste: Mild-medium bite. Sweet apples with tangy notes.
After Taste: Becomes slightly sweeter, but with more of an acidic aftertaste. Pretty long lingering flavours and smooth finish. More of an apple peel flavour.
On ice: Bite is cut and is smoother on ice. Less tang and ‘edge’.
