Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Bright sweet apples with lychee and citrus hop elements. .
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Smooth creamy apples with lychee-prominent-tasting hops that are juicy and bright. Light with little alcoholic elements.
After Taste: Apple reduces with hops remaining, but still extra smooth and easy to drink.  Slight finishing film.
On ice: Slightly reduced body. Less hopped notes.

Additional Notes:  Heeman’s Dry Hopped Cider is an extra clean and smooth hopped offering. There are bright and light apples throughout the sipping journey. Hops come across tropical tasting; in particular strong lychee flavour notes, that make this extra easy and enjoyable to drink.  Little alcoholic and fermentation notes here, so this may be an easy entry to hopped ciders for beginners. As well because it is not a typical “beer” style of hops used here so low to no bitterness.  Very sessionable overall.
