Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Pulpy apple with some funk elements. Wood notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Creamy body, low acidity. Dry, soft apples. Buttery-notes.
After Taste: Apples remain dry, with a minor hint of funk appearing. Lemon drop and mild grass in the finish.
On ice: Thinner and a bit less overall flavour.

Additional Notes:  Heartwood’s Fiona’s Dreamscape is a bottle conditioned traditional apple cider that is a soft, light-bodied offering, that’s creamy (and dreamy as the name would suggest). Low acidity, and dry apples define this. Very fleshy in taste, it tastes of fresh culled apples.
