Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Dry apple with slightly bright elements. Hint of fermentation.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Bright, semi-clean apples with some tannic elements.
After Taste: Becomes a little less clean, slightly more earthy. Somewhat long lingering with some buttery elements.
On ice: Flavour reduced but minimal change.
Additional Notes: The Century Dry by Growers is a very dry offering from Growers, pushing back against their typically more sweet offerings. This one is very dry, bright and slightly earthy. Not overly deep in flavour. Lingers for a while but is somewhat clean. Slight buttery finish. Decently crisp with some mild fermentation notes and tannins.
