Smell: Medium crisp apple. Sweet with a hint of granny smith. Honey undertones.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from carbonation and acidity. Very crisp medley of apple flavours. Sweet but not sugary. Some mustiness.
After Taste: Apple flavours continue and linger consistently. Honey notes. Dry, long-lingering apple flavours.
On ice: Less carbonation and becomes more thin. More crisp and a touch less dry but flavour remains the same.

Additional Notes: Not too Sweet cider is pure apple flavour – no residual fermentation or earthy flavours. Very crisp and quite dry, it is sweet but not sugary in taste and feel. A very full-bodied cider, it has a strong and long-lasting, very bold apple flavour. Very apple forward and straightforward to consume.
