Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet pulpy and fresh apples. Crisp.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation,. Semi sweet and quite crisp apples that are soft.  Starts with a strong apple burst that dissipates quickly.
After Taste: Short aftertaste with apple and all elements greatly reduced but still clean. Slight bright elements at the end, with a touch of funk.
On ice: Cleaner but less apple

Additional Notes: Fraser’s Craft Cider Dry is a light, easy to drink and semi-clean apple.  A lot of elements upfront that dissipate quickly and leave the palate in the finish.  Slight hints of funkiness and boozy notes, adding ice cleans it up a bit more but smooths out the other elements.  A lot here in a quick time.
