Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Strong honey smell with earthy, sulfur notes.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from fermentation notes. Semi tart and semi dry apple flavour- like a baking apple flavour. Some tart and fermentation notes. Hints of honey flavours.
After Taste: Apple flavour remains with natural honey flavours becoming stronger. Semi-dry, tangy finish.
On ice: Carbonation and tangyness is cut. Honey flavour is slightly amplified with more malty notes appearing.
Additional Notes: Fraser Valley’s Honey Cider is a very ‘natural tasting’ cider, that does not taste artificially sweetened. We feel this cider is artisan in nature but very approachable to most cider drinkers. Crisp and dry, it is easy to consume.
