Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Light sweet apple with hints of citrus aromas among fleshy apple. Some rustic, pulpy notes
Initial Taste: Light bite, sweet apple with a citrus undertone. Smooth and extra creamy
After Taste: Mild sour undertones with a tangy fleshy apple aftertaste that stays for a while. Dank but smooth.
On ice: Flavour and carbonation bite is cut on ice. Easier to drink. Slightly more candied.
Additional Notes: A very pub-oriented and approachable cider, Flying Canoe by Saunders Cider (2021 it was sold) is crisp and unfiltered making it pretty smooth. Juicy apple flavour drive the cider from start to finish, with a hint of tannins. With subtle notes of citrus (sweet orange), this unique cider does not taste very alcoholic but still manages to warm the core. No sharp elements overall, its very creamy like a sweet, unfiltered non-alcoholic cider.
