Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Semi-acidic and sinus-tickling ginger, light apples.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Semi-sweet dessert apples are first noticeable with a shift to a smooth ginger.
After Taste: Cleans out somewhat quickly, as it turns more “ginger-ale” like. Some lime citrus elements in the finish. Some ginger notes burn in the back of the throat.
On ice: Slightly reduced.
Additional Notes: The Ginger Mule by Flair has a strong ginger smell that tickles the nose, but is much less intense when drank. Starting off with a standard soft apple base, it grows in intensity as you consume it. Ginger has some sharp elements to it, with even a hint of lime in the aftertaste. Has an almost ginger-ale like finish.
