Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Funky and earthy notes. Some bright apple elements.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Funk, farmhouse and fermentation notes mixed in amongst the bright apple base. Dessert apple notes, alongside some heritage/wild apple aspects.
After Taste: Apple cleans out pretty quick, leaving some lingering funky wild elements, including crab-apple-like notes. Some sulphuric and woody notes. 
On ice: Carbonation reduced, little difference.

Additional Notes:  The Wild Child by Farmgate Cider is a contrasting cider – a light, bright apple base with more intense funky elements.  Earthy with some wild crab apple flavours, it has some sulphuric hints and is quite heavy with fermentation notes. However, the apple base is light and more dessert focused. Raw yet still with bright apples, it still tastes a lot lighter than 7%.
