Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Funky, farmhouse notes, slightly musty. Semi-sweet, fleshy apple.
Initial Taste: Medium sensation from acidity. Becomes funky and somewhat dank. Very dry but clean apple flavours. Melon notes.
After Taste: Aspects and flavours reduces. Long lasting, with some elements of sweet apples and melon notes. Finishes clean, with some lemon notes.
On ice: Slightly thinner, slightly less tart
Additional Notes: The 3 Bros from Farmgate is heavier on the fermentation flavours and medium on the apple notes. Tart in its own way, it has some sweet apple elements and lingers for a long time. Finishes dry, with limited carbonation. Light bodied. A very farmhouse cider offering.
