Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Floral and spiced juicy plum. Sweet apple and spicy notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Smooth sweet dessert apple that is juicy but not sugary. Spiced plum is strong and inviting. Some floral, hibiscus elements.
After Taste: Becomes less apple flavoured and turns a little creamy.  Spiced notes quickly peak and then dissipate resulting in a slightly more dry and spiced finished.  Slight ginger elements at the end.
On ice: Reduce spiced notes dramatically.

Additional Notes:  The Snow Day by East Street Cider Co. continues with the very full-bodied. mixed-flavours typically found in East Street offerings. It’s sweet but not sugary, a lot of flavour with spices that are present the whole journey.  A lot of depth in this, it’s best to not add ice in order to get the full effect of all the flavours. Very festive and delightful. Plum is unique, authentic and on par with seasonal sugar plum offerings that appear around the holidays. Spices are rich, warming and well balanced.
