Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Pulpy fresh apples. Floral notes. Lemongrass provides a bit of herb notes.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Semi-tart apple with some mild bitter notes. Some lemongrass elements with the bitter notes.  Floral present with hibiscus and rose and orange elements.
After Taste: Tartness reduces and becomes more apple and floral in nature. Some fruit punch notes. Mild spice undertones that show up more in the aftertaste, including cinnamon.
On ice: Reduced carbonation. Relatively unchanged.

Additional Notes:  The Harvest Botanical by East Street Cider Co. offers an amped up fruit medley but still has some strong, classic apple cider elements. A blend of apple, hibiscus, rose, orange, cinnamon, all equals a delicious medley of flavours. A lot of flavour and different elements that make this bright and pop. Drier as time goes on, with more spice elements in the aftertaste. Can adapt to any type of the year (thankfully, it’s available if not sold out, all year!)
