Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Juicy sweet peach
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Quick and forward peach skin and some flesh. Semi-juicy and slightly sweet. Very natural peach flavour with a hint of dessert apples.
After Taste: Somewhat long lingering, becomes a little bit brighter and slightly acidic. Slight syrupy finish of peach with some delicate apple.
On ice: Reduced carbonation, slightly thinner
Additional Notes: Crimson Cider’s Just Peachy is a light, refreshing peach-focused offering. With only a little apple to balance the semi-sweet, fleshy and peel from an Ontario peach, this cider is easy to drink and pretty clean. Somewhat long aftertaste that is less clean than its initial taste. Slightly sweet but not sugary.
