Smell: Light aroma. Fleshy and pulpy apple. Some tannic aspects.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Tonic notes. Earthy and natural apple peel flavour that is semi-tart. Acidity.
After Taste: Apple flavour remains the same. Some pungency and wood notes. Melon hints. Dry finish.
On ice: Carbonation reduced. Smoother taste and mouthfeel.

Additional Notes:  The Crimson Crisp by Crimson Cider Company is a crisp, acidic cider that has a punchy, slightly-woody apple taste.
