Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Syrupy apple that’s juicy and semi-sweet
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Smooth, semi-thick, crisp apple with hints of caramel.
After Taste: Apple reduced but only a little, leaving it a bit more dry and more caramelized. Has a longer aftertaste and a bit of a syrupy finish.
On ice: Slightly thinner and less flavour.

Additional Notes:  Cox Creek’s Original Hard Cider is a classic, off-dry pub-drinking cider.  Lots of apples – all the way – that are easy to consume.  Smooth with only a little alcoholic elements.  Naturally sweet, a bit thicker/syrupy.
