Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Semi-bright apples. Some smooth lime.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite with foam. Soft, juicy lime that has a bit of tang. Smooth creamy apple follows.
After Taste: Becomes even smoother in the aftertaste. Some lingering lime zest as apple dissipates. Somewhat earthy in the final moments. 
On ice: Much smoother, less carbonated

Additional Notes: The Lime offering by County Cider is a light on bubbles (though appears very carbonated/foamy) cider offering which is lime focused all the way though. Smooth and creamy with some dessert apples – it lingers and becomes more earthy and lime-zest forward. Less sweet than a traditional flavoured County Cider. If you like lime-flavoured lagers, you will enjoy this.
