Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium smell. Musty with beer aromas. Strong bosc pear smells.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Quick, sweet pear flavour. Yeast flavour and sensation. Mustiness. Very crisp on the palate.
After Taste: Becomes slightly tangy. Pear flavour continues but does not last overly long. Honey and sweet apple notes. Semi-dry finish.
On ice: Cuts some flavour, yeast and sourness. Becomes slightly sweeter.

Additional Notes: Collective Arts Pear Saison is a crisp and refreshing cider that has beer elements – true to their company’s roots.  A very flavourful perry, it also has a strong yeast presence that distinguishes it from other pear ciders.
