Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Light aroma. Floral grey tea. Berry influences.
Initial Taste: No bite. Mild herbal tea elements that are slightly earthy with a mixed berry undertone. Apple is mild at best, slightly caramelized. Flesh upfront, peel notes later.
After Taste: Fruit flavours dissipate dramatically. Very short lived overly profile except for the lingering tea elements in the back of the mouth
On ice: Even more watered down.
Additional Notes: This is the Southbrook Berry Blend cider of the Clafeld Cider House x Pluck Tea steeped tea series This semi-earthy and quick lived still cider has some caramel apple elements and a light berry profile. Lighter offering with some tea elements as an afternoon sipper – break out the chinaware.
