Smell: Medium, sweet, single apple with some acidity and tangyness.
Initial Taste: Light bite with a strong sweet honeysuckle burst of flavour. Floral flavours.
After Taste: It dissipates somewhat slowly, with apple becoming more pronounced. Acidity is quite high. Has a sweet but dry finish (including some white wine elements).
On ice: More crisp, more honeysuckle/floral flavours.
Additional Notes: The deeper you go into the bottle, the more the honeysuckle becomes prominent. A unique dry cider – with a strong floral taste that has elements of white wine.
