Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Juicy but dry stone fruit. Hint of dessert apples.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Creamy dessert apple with a light but refreshing peach upfront. Peach takes over as apricot becomes more noticeable.  Smooth apples dissipate
After Taste: Finishes with a longer lingering aftertaste that is mostly fresh apricot.  A touch of earthiness though still a bit sweet.
On ice: Slightly reduced on ice.

Additional Notes:  The Peach Apricot from Cidre Local Rabaska is a stone fruit forward offering that’s slightly sweet (but drier tasting than many other commercial-oriented peach-flavoured ciders) but well balanced in flavour.  72% MacIntosh and 28% Courtland, it has some sweet dessert notes, alongside a fresh natural apricot finish.  Peach is more upfront in this softer and cleaner offering (with just a hint of peel)
