Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Mild mulled spices. Bright and slightly funky apple, Whiff of vanilla.
Initial Taste: Light bite, Earthy and gritty apple with the primary focus turning quickly to the spices. Hints of vanilla.
After Taste: Long lasting aftertaste that is almost exclusively spice and a stronger vanilla finish.  Apple is almost all gone in the aftertaste.
On ice: More watered down and lighter

Additional Notes:  Busl’s Vanilla Chai-der is a dessert apple upfront experience that quickly turns into a chai-spiced focused offering.  The apple is smooth with a bit of funk but disappears in the aftertaste. Heavy on spice/chai and more vanilla at the very end – there is a lot going on in this 4.5% cider.
