Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, guava). Hint of dessert apples.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Candied pineapple upfront that is smooth and easy to drink. Sweet, mildly tart guava and passion fruit with a hint of dessert apples
After Taste: Pineapple dissipates leaving more guava and passion fruit with a touch of tonic. Some sugar and film.
On ice: Tastes a bit sweeter as fruits are more focused.
Additional Notes: Part of the Kinder Cider Series by Blake’s Hard Cider, the Passion Seeker is an extra sweet, fruit forward offering. Primarily pineapple to start, guava and passion fruit show up and make this very juice-like. Some sweet dessert apples are noticeable, but overall you could easily call this a ready to drink (RTD)-like offering.
