Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Sulphur and fermentation notes. Bittersharp apples.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Sharpness with acidity forward. Fleshy apple notes galore. Slightly creamy. Warmed honey notes.
After Taste: Acidity continues strongly. Apples become slightly drier. Herby hints. Long lingering.
On ice: Less carbonation. A cleaner cider experience with more peel-like notes.
Additional Notes: Bayfield Berry Farm’s Done Working is a straightforward apple cider that’s good for an afterwork release. A sharp acidity greets you and it defines the cider throughout. This has a lot of bittersharp apple flesh as the base. With unique hints of warmed honey to start and herbs in the finish, it adds its own flair to the cider. A very different experience on ice, it becomes cleaner and softer overall.
