Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Semi-sweet pulpy apples. Caramelized apple notes. Mild astringency and funk.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Quick acidity from apples. Very apple forward, very clean. Caramelized notes.
After Taste: Apple becomes even cleaner. Vanilla and creamy aspects. Tangy, mildly off-dry, bright apple finish.
On ice: Reduced carbonation. Less acidity.

Additional Notes:  Banjo’s Revival is a very apple forward and extra clean cider that satisfies the desire for a cider with depth and a significant apple presence. With a considerable apple acidity and crispness, it refreshes, and is tangy for the palate. Creamy, pulpy apple notes add a unique layer of flavours. A mild astringency reminds you its 6.5%.
