Smell: Medium smell. Fleshy, fresh apple with vinegar-like acidic notes.  Some mustiness.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Simple blend of apples with tanginess.
After Taste: Not a long lingering presence. Smooth with earthy,musty and acidic notes. Becomes quite dry in the finish, with little apple taste but mostly a dry sensation.
On ice: Carbonation is cut. Flavour is reduced. A bit more astringent.

Additional Notes:  A simple cider with not a lot of depth, Apple Falls Premiere Act II offers a lighter consumption experience. It is a naturally sweet cider, that finishes quite dry – but does not have a sugary taste or residue.  It’s hard to pick out a single variety of apple as it is a medley of apple flavours that comes through.
