Smell: Medium smell. Vinegar notes. Acidic with some must.
Initial Taste: Mild bite from acidity, crisp smooth with some musty elements. Sweetness from honey is present.
After Taste: Carbonation dissipates quickly, has some vinegar-esq type notes.  Smooth, semi-long lasting finish.  Not overly apple or honey in flavour..
On ice: Carbonation almost cut completely,

Additional Notes: With a hint of honey in the aftertaste, the Apple Falls Beekeeper is a medley of eat apples, with a crisp but smooth taste profile.  Some acidity with mild vinegar undertones, its cloudy and pretty sweet. Would complement a meal.
