Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium sour cherry aroma that is also somehwat sweet. Single apple smell, like a Northern Spy.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from carbonation. Some acidity but smooth. Quick tart and sweet, medium-level cherry taste. Some fleshy apple notes.
After Taste: Tart cherry flavour continues the same. Apple becomes slightly more pronounced. Semi-sweet finish.
On ice: Wipes out carbonation. Becomes less tart and flavour becomes more diluted.

Additional Notes: Annapolis Cider Company’s Sour Cherry is a smooth offering, being quite sweet overall – however, not sugary in nature – and featuring more tart cherry flavours than puckering sour notes. This cider is slightly candied in nature, refreshing and perfect for any season, but probably the best in summer. We do not recommend drinking this on ice as It impacts the true essence of what the cider is trying to achieve.
