Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium creamy peach aroma with hints of apples and vanillas. Crisp and juicy essence.
Initial Taste: Small bite from carbonation. Quick dry and strong peach flavour. Some fleshy apple flavours.
After Taste: Peach flavour remains strong and continues. Vanilla peaks through. Ends creamy and dry with the flavour lingering a long time.
On ice: Cuts carbonation. Flavour remains mostly the same, slightly tamed.
Additional Notes: 7 Shores’ Peach Vanilla Cider is a creamy, drier offering that is not as sweet/sugared as other peach ciders we’ve had. Peach is the dominant flavour from start to finish, with the promised vanilla appearing into the aftertaste. The carbonation in this cider is a prime example of how the carbonation can lift and sharpen the flavour. Refreshing and semi-full-bodied, it is a lighter drink at 4.8%.
