Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet, candied raspberry. Some bright apple
Initial Taste: Light bite. Minimal carbonation with a slowly building apple. Raspberry is tart, dry and earthy but not overly present to start
After Taste: Raspberry builds in the aftertaste, becoming sweeter and candied with a syrup element.
On ice: Minimal change.
Additional Notes: The 1911 Raspberry is a light offering overall. Starting slowly and building into a raspberry-focused aftertaste that’s clean and smooth. Apple is delicate and somewhat candied. Easy to drink but not jumping with fresh fruit flavour.
