Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Crisp, bright apples. Slight floral notes
Initial Taste: Light bite and thin apple. Bright and light dessert apples. Mild sour green apple notes. A touch floral.
After Taste: Clears out quickly, leaving a mild hibiscus aftertaste that’s more prominent than the apple. Clean finish. 
On ice: Slightly watered down flavour including less apple.

Additional Notes:  The Roselle by Sarah Cole is a very light, 3% offering that’s smooth and with a thin mouthfeel.  Little elements of alcohol, its dessert apple forward with some hibiscus and floral notes in the aftertaste.  Very clean, light bodied and light flavour overall.
