Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium intensity. Ligh,t tart cranberry with some dessert apples
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Quick semi-sweet cranberry which becomes more tart and dry as time goes.  Smooth, semi-sweet dessert apples make the base.  Some peel flavours.
After Taste: Apples dissipate, leaving a slightly musty and natural cranberry feel and taste.  Sage earthiness makes a slight appearance. Standard aftertaste length.
On ice: Slightly thinner mouthfeel. Carbonation reduced, not as tart cranberry.

Additional Notes:  Crimson Cider’s Cranberry Sage is a semi-tart cranberry offering.  Balanced with dessert apples, the cider is clean to start and becomes a bit more earthy as time goes on.  Sage shows up briefly in the aftertaste. Some peel elements and a lot of carbonation. (let it sit for a bit if it’s too much).
