Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Pulpy, semi-acidic and tart apples. Some earthy notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Semi-sweet, pulpy apples with some mild bitter notes. Very crisp with some nutty, honey and pear hints. A forward but balanced acidity.
After Taste: Becomes slightly drier as time passes with a long lingering aftertaste. More peel notes in the aftertaste. Honey additives become more obvious.
On ice: Watered down and less sweet.
Additional Notes: The Golden Mile by Two Blokes Cider Is a single-varietal Golden Russet offering madd with honey. It is bright, dry, nutty and very crisp, with gentle honey notes. With a lot of peel notes, it’s got some pear-like elements and is long lasting. A lot of flavour overall, though watered-down on ice. Very clean, no off-notes.
