Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Semi-bright, light dessert apple and sugar cookie notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Semi-sweet, slightly acidic, light bright dessert apples. Honey crisp apple elements. Hint of fermentation.
After Taste: Becomes more acidic and tangy, where apple is reduced. Some slight vanilla/cookie/pastry notes. More peel flavoured in the aftertaste. Long lingering tangy apple notes.
On ice: Watered down and less tangy/juicy.

Additional Notes:  Hey Sugar by Crimson Cider Co. is a light, dessert apple-focused cider that is acidic and bright.  Semi-sweet but not sugary, it’s easy to consume. Fits their portfolio of other offerings from the cidery. Has a very peel focused flavour, but still juicy. Would work well in cider cocktails.
