Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet blackberries with some tart notes. Some peach pit notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite carbonation. Some tart blackberry and a hint of sweet peach and dessert apples that dissipate quickly.
After Taste: Apple removed leaving tangy blackberry with mild peach pit note. Most of the experience is in the aftertaste.  Some sticky notes in the mouth from blackberry. Mild underlying notes from lime oil.
On ice: Carbonation greatly reduced, much more juice like.

Additional Notes: The Blackberry & Peach by Collective Arts Cider is a cider without much apple elements.  Dominated by tart and then tangy blackberries, it’s supported by fresh peach elements and are noticeable especially when you think of them. Little apple, it reminds us more of a mixed cocktail, especially due to the soft carbonation.
