Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Dessert apple with sweet and semi-tart cherries
Initial Taste: Light bite. Quickly acidic apples with some semi-tart fresh but not over-ripe cherries. Slightly candied in nature. Soft mouthfeel.
After Taste: Apple and acidity dissipate with some more sourness from the cherries coming in. Semi-quick and clean finish with a bit of dryness. Some candied notes in the finish also. Buttery hints.
On ice: Carbonation dramatically reduced. Thinner and tartness reduced.

Additional Notes:  The Sour Cherry by Bulwark has the classic clean, fresh and juicy apple, lightly blended with semi-tart cherries.  It’s upbeat and bright with a bit of tart and sourness to it but not overwhelming. Finishes clean with some candied notes.
