Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Light aroma. Tangy crisp, sweeter apples. Some tonic and fermentation notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Light, sweet and crisp apple.
After Taste: As the apple dissipates, it becomes more tonic-like in taste. Apple is smooth, clean but mild.
On ice: Carbonation is cut dramatically.
Additional Notes: This unique blend from Duxbury Cider mixes sweet and crisp apples with the very popular tonic water/spritzer trend. It’s smooth, easy to drink and goes from apple to more like flavoured water in the taste journey. Its intentionally light at 3.2% and easy to drink. Does not have the tonic water harshness you often get with some alcoholic spritzers. It’s very balanced. 50/50 split between a cider and a spritzer.
