Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Mix of red, yellow and green apples flavour notes.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from acidity. Clean to consume, minimal carbonation. Apple forward, with a slight tang. Light, airy body. Hints of pear notes.
After Taste: Apple flavours remain the same but become a bit more dry to finish. Juicy, refreshing finish.
On ice: Less tangy, less apple.

Additional Notes:  The 66 Pickup by Hoity Toity is an extra clean, decently crisp, straightforward apple cider. It has a medley of apple flavour, that include green, red and yellow varieties – it tastes like it smells. Crisp but not too sharp or acidic apples. Mild alcoholic notes but very clean without many other elements or fermentation flavours. Airy, light body makes for easy drinking and it refreshes.
