Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Very sweet and syrupy astringent apples. Some caramel notes.
Initial Taste: No bite. Smooth and sweet, pulpy and caramelized apples. Some astringent notes but less than it smells.
After Taste: Long lingering, astringency migrates and grows at the back of the throat. Some film notes. Retains caramelized elements, and actually grows in strength.
On ice: Lighter with 1/3rd less flavour overall.
