Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Earthy cucumber forward with some natural mint and light dessert apples.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. First moment is a tart, crisp apple, but it very quickly changes to a strong, fresh and juicy cucumber. Cucumber is muddled in nature and slightly earthy.
After Taste: As the flavour dissipates, mint becomes more noticeable. Apple returns at the end of the after taste.
On ice: Slightly less apple and more cucumber.
Additional Notes: A very unique cider, the Mint to Be by Crimson Cider Co. is very cucumber forward, with some fresh mint and dessert apples. Slightly earthy with some muddled notes. It has a lovely, intense aroma which matches the strong flavour. It almost has vodka undertone, though Crimson suggests having a shot of Gin with it.
