Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Light aroma. Floral perfume with mild light tangy apples.
Initial Taste: Slight bite from carbonation. Some sweet apples notes. Floral notes with more of a base pear-like flavour than apple cider with some tangy notes. Mild ginger hints.
After Taste: Becomes more metallic and perfume-flavoured. Ends sweet with little apple flavour and more generic floral notes as you finish the drink.
On ice: Flavour slightly reduced.
Additional Notes: A light offering, the Hibiscus Blossom by Eden Grove is more like a fruit and floral perfume infused water. It’s got some generic floral notes- not particularly hibiscus in nature – and although apple based, doesn’t feature much apple juice flavour. Has some characteristics of the Perry offering by Eden Grove.
