Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong sweet peach aroma – with some blackberry and sweet apple.
Initial Taste: Mild sensation and bite from carbonation and acidity. Sweet apples, with peach overtaking and becoming most dominant. Blackberry is noticeable, but more of an undertone here.
After Taste: Slight tartness from blackberry, which the flavour is much more present in the aftertaste. Lingers a long time, leaves a slight sugar residue in the mouth.
On ice: Thinner, but similar flavour.
Additional Notes: A very juicy and fruit forward cider, the Country Blackberry and peach starts off sweet and peachy, and finishes more with the blackberry flavour. It’s sweet – more so than other County offerings – and very full flavoured/full bodied. Perfect to quench a thirst under the rays of the blaring sun.
