Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Light aroma. Sweet candied raspberry.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Sweet and candied raspberry. Mild dessert apples. Noticeable sugared mouthfeel.
After Taste: Apple reduces even further, leaving a candied long-lasting aftertaste that is raspberry forward. Almost some watermelon-like notes in the end.
On ice: Thinner but similar flavour.
Additional Notes: The Raspberry offering from Magnotta is a sweet, candy forward cider. Not much apple, it’s a thinner, light and easy to drink offering that mirrors more of a ready to drink then anything else. Aftertaste lingers a long time with a candy feel film – almost watermelon like in its finish. Crushable is the term.
