Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Faint smell of sweet, yellow pear
Initial Taste: Minimum bite from carbonation, sweet and smooth taste of candied Bartlett golden pear. Some acidity.
After Taste: Taste dissipates quickly. Flavour gets sweeter as time goes on. Aftertaste is pretty minimal. Some film, possibly from sweetening additives.
On ice: Not as sweet on ice. Less flavour.
Additional Notes: An extra sweet Bartlett pear tasting cider, this semi-dry cider has a very flavourful yellow pear taste. Not a traditional cider, nor a traditional perry, but it is easy to drink. A nice introduction to perry ciders for commercial cider fans.

I doubt they do. Most ciders have some natural sugar left over, however, I believe Okanagan does add sugar to their product.
Many ciders are no sugar added, but most still have a few grams/litre in residual leftover that was not fermented.
